Will best buy replace my defective tomtom 910 or send it for service repair?
I purchased a TomTo 910 GPS about 1.5 yrs ago..I purchased the PSP (performance service plan). The GPS will not turn on sometimes, almost like the power button is bad. Will best buy send the unit out for service or just replace it??? I have heard it takes 6-8 weeks for items to be rapaired by there rapair center.
Under a performance service plan, they'll first try and send it out for service. If it is not repairable, then replace it with someone comparable in specs.
