what is the best tampons?
Hi I am a 19 yr old female and I have been using stay free maxi pads since I was 12 but now I decided I want to change to tampons what is the best tampon I should but like I am kind of active like I work out at the gym a lot also if I make a change from pads to tampons will I get any infections and I am still a virgin so will it hurt when I put in in my vagina and when you put it in because I don't know how is there something that catches the blood and stops the tampon from falling out and if I use a tampon should I put a pad on just in case it does fall out thanks for the answers.
Christ, learn how to use a period (no pun intended). Plastic applicators are best and easiest to get in.
