Things to look for when buying a used Gooseneck trailer?
I am planning on buying a used 24' flatbed gooseneck. I know that the deck needs replaced. I plan on looking at the wiring, hitch, tires, and springs. Is there anything else that I should keep an eye out for when doing a visual once over?
goose neck trailers are notorious for cracking around the goose neck.have a very close look at all the welds & steel around the step up.if they are all square sections they are much more likley to crack than if they are rounded curves.
