To Loose 20lb?(Diet enclosed)?
I want to lose 20lb in less than 10 weeks.
How can I do this?
This is my diet plan so far:
Breakfast: Round of wholemeal toast with Jam/Sunflowerspread x 2
Orange juice
Lunch: Tuna and cucumber salad
Orange juice
Dinner: Chicken curry and rice
Orange juice
1 hour of excersize - 20 mins of toning
40 mins on a funky trampette =]
eat lots of steamed fish & replace orange juice with water or green tea..snack on lowfat dairy,dried figs,raw almonds and occasionally on dark chocolate(small chunks) to keep your energy levels high..aim you can lose 3-4 pounds a week..
