How will the passing of the stimulus package affect the price of gold and gold minding stocks?
Spending that large chunk of money, in my opinion, would increase inflation and drive the price of gold up no?
Gernally speaking, if the markets do show a bottom and begin to recover, then investors will pull their money from gold and put it back into the market. We will probably see an inverse relationship between the market and gold. Market up, gold down, market down, gold up. No one knows exactly what will or will not move the markets in the longer or shorter term. All we can do is see what's happening, and right now, that's very uncertain.
