How long would it take the following people to run 1 mile at their hardest?

remember, he is a runner, but his whole body, legs and mind and tuned to run sprints, not longer distance. it would probably be difficult for him to sustain his 200m in 19.3s for even a quarter mile, 400 m.

Usain Bolt could definitely in the 4:30's or lower. He used to run the 400 in 44s right before he got into the 100. He could easily jog 70s splits. That means on average he would run each 100m in 17.5s. He's one of the best runners in the world and if over a 1000 high schoolers could do it, usain bolt could do it.
Kobe Bryant could run around 4:40 or at least under 5:00. He's a world class athlete and basketball player usually have a knack for distance running.
Shaq is alittle old so he could go about 6:40-7:00.
Yao is a little slow but if he tried i think he could run about 6:00
